Spina, J. The plaintiffs filed a civil action against the defendants, the centerpiece of which comprised common law and G. L. c. 93A claims of wrongful foreclosure. The jury found for the plaintiffs on the common law count in responses to special verdict questions, but the judge ordered judgment for the defendants notwithstanding the verdict.
