KANNE, Circuit Judge. Karen Williams filed a Title VII action solely against her former supervisor, Bruce Banning, alleging sexual harassment in the workplace. Because Title VII does not impose “employer” liability on a supervisor in his individual capacity for acts which violate the statute, we affirm the decision of the district court to grant dismissal.…
