GREENHILL, Justice. Fred L. Ewton and wife sued Freddie R. Jackson for personal injuries sustained when Jackson’s car struck the rear of the automobile driven by Fred Ewton. Trial was to a jury which found the defendant Jackson negligent, but convicted Ewton of contributory negligence.
