STREIT, Justice. The father of a fourteen-year-old girl appeals from a juvenile court decree terminating his parental rights. We transferred the case to the Iowa Court of Appeals, which reversed the juvenile court’s decree as to the father’s termination, but affirmed the mother’s termination of parental rights.
