Thompson, J. * ¶1 Mark David Forsythe and Leanne Kay Hurd appeal the trial court’s termination of their parental rights. They contend the court’s findings on the required statutory factors were unsupported by the evidence. Ms. Hurd also contends the termination statutes are unconstitutional.
