PER CURIAM: After Johns-Manville had filed a petition for corporate reorganization, the bankruptcy court stayed all proceedings against it and its officers. The suits of 279 asbestos workers, who claimed damages for personal injury, were then stayed by the federal district court in which these claims were pending.
