[1] This is an appeal by the employer and insurer from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cape Girardeau County affirming an award of compensation, in the sum of $3099.00, for the death of Wiley Tom Seabaugh, made by the Workmen's Compensation Commission to the widow and children of said deceased.
