PER CURIAM. The issue in this original proceeding is whether the trial court abused its discretion in disqualifying the relators’ counsel based on a conflict of interest. Because the real party in interest executed a written waiver of any potential conflict of interest, we hold that the trial court abused its discretion and we therefore conditionally grant mandamus relief.…
