OPINION OF THE COURT GREENBERG, Circuit Judge. The plaintiffs appeal from the district court’s order of September 15, 1988 denying their motion for a preliminary injunction. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1292 (a)(1). Since the plaintiffs have failed to show that they would suffer irreparable harm absent the issuance of a preliminary injunction, we will affirm.…
