Fred Hobson appeals from a summary judgment in favor of the defendant, American Cast Iron Pipe Company (ACIPCO). Hobson also attempts to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion for summary judgment. We affirm. I. Facts Hobson was an employee of ACIPCO from September 1975 until August 1994.
