This is an appeal by respondents, as receivers of the Pere Marquette Railroad Company, from an award of compensation made by the Michigan industrial accident board for the accidental death of Irwin Hills, at Williamston, Mich., on November 16, 1912, while he was an employee of said railway, as a section hand.
