McGEE, Justice. This is a suit brought by Mrs. Beatrice Henderson for death benefits under the workmen’s compensation law. Her husband died of a heart attack on the employer’s premises soon after a workday had ended. The trial court instructed a verdict for the defendant at the close of the plaintiff’s evidence.
