PER CURIAM. Fred Reyna brought a declaratory judgment action against Guaranty Mutual and Trey Bingham to determine coverage on two of Reyna’s vandalized trucks. Reyna later nonsuited the declaratory action and refiled against both defendants under the DTPA.
