The opinion of the court was delivered by Weintraub, C. J. While delivering milk to a tenant at defendant’s housing project, plaintiff was beaten and robbed by two men. The attack occurred at about 1:30 p. m. in a self-service passenger elevator. Whether the assailants were tenants, guests of tenants, or intruders, is not known.
