This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendant, John B. Ames, against the plaintiffs, Jodie M. Gaston, Gabriel W. Osborn, Royal C. Burns, and Georgia Burns (hereinafter all plaintiffs are sometimes referred to as "Gaston").
