Foster was convicted in Muskogee County District Court of Burglary in the Second Degree, Larceny of an Automobile, Grand Larceny, each After Former Conviction of Two Felonies, and Murder in the First Degree. He received sentences, as recommended by the jury, of ninety years’ imprisonment on the first three convictions and the death penalty for the murder conviction.</p…
