LURTON, Circuit Judge. The plaintiff in error, Mrs. Cassie B. Chadwick, was indicted under section 5400, Rev. St. U. S. [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3656], for conspiring with other persons to violate section 5208, Rev. St. U. S. [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3497].
