Hill, J. The Central Georgia Power Company instituted proceedings to condemn certain land belonging to the defendant, Mrs. Cornwell, under the Civil Code, §§ 5206 et seq. The assessors awarded her the sum of $2,400. An appeal from the award was taken to the superior court, and on the trial of the case there the jury returned a verdict for $4,000 against the condemnor.
