Sharpe, J. The plaintiffs are the wife and daughter of Claudius H. Candler, who died in the city of Detroit on February 24, 1910. Prior to his death, Mr. Candler had been the president and superintendent of the Calvert Lithographing Company. At the time of his decease, he owned 1,700 shares of its capital stock or 17/40ths of a total capitalization of $200,000, consisting of 4,000 shares of a par value of $50. At that time there…
