ROBERTSON, Judge. This consolidated appeal arises out of a suit for assault and battery, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. The plaintiff, Karl Burnett, sued Roger Griffith, a security guard, and Griffith’s employers, East Hills Merchants’ Association and Belt Highway Investment Company.
