SCHAUER, J. — In this wrongful death action plaintiffs, the surviving widow and minor son of Allen Buckley, deceased, appeal from an adverse judgment entered upon a jury ver diet. During the trial the widow waived in favor of the son her rights to the proceeds of any recovery. We have concluded that plaintiffs’ various contentions furnish insufficient grounds for reversal, and that the judgment should be affirmed. <p "b21…
