SCHAUER, J. — In this wrongful death action plaintiffs, the surviving widow and minor son of Allen Buckley, deceased, appeal from an adverse judgment entered upon a jury ver diet. During the trial the widow waived in favor of the son her rights to the proceeds of any recovery.
