Rome, Esquire, appeals from a district court order entered on intermediate appeal, affirming a bankruptcy court ruling under Bankruptcy Code § 328(c) disallowing Rome’s application for fees as court-appointed counsel to chapter 7 debtor Chestnut Hill Mortgage Corporation (CHM) due to disqualifying conflicts of interest.
