In these cross-appeals, we hold that the trial court erred in: (1) directing a verdict entitling Atlantic Richfield Company (Arco) to take possession of the Arco service station Razumic operated for over twenty years; and (2) denying Razumic’s motion for a new trial on his counterclaim for damages arising out of Arco’s attempted termination of a franchise agreement.<footno…
