PER CURIAM. Anthony Mathis provided inaccurate information on his application to proceed in forma pauperis. The district court, concluding that Mathis knowingly provided inaccurate information, dismissed Mathis’s complaint with prejudice as a sanction for his attempt to deceive the court.
