Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You agree that any dispute must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
